Content
This subject will provide you with advanced keyboard skills as well as focusing on text manipulation (like Word), spreadsheets, IT systems, software, viruses and troubleshooting.
Exams and sittings
Exams are conducted by the Department of Education in June and November. Exam entry cut off dates are 01 Mar (for June exam) and 01 Sept (for Nov exam). You are required to have an ICASS mark prior to entering for the exam. The ICASS mark is derived from the assessments you do on the IBTC course during your studies. One exam sit at an IBTC exam centre is included in your course fee and utilised once you've entered for an exam.
