CIMA will also acquire consent from students to share student results with their Learning Partners. All students are asked to consent to participation in this programme via their MyCIMA accounts. As per the Data Sharing Agreement, CIMA and IBTC shall comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws regarding the processing and storage of any personal data received from the other party, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for any personal Data originating from the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK).
Clients booking ACCA related products consent to IBTC sharing student personal data with ACCA allowing the monitoring of student results by the Learning Partner. ACCA will also acquire consent from students to share student results with their Tuition Providers.
